Description
With this system by Renogy you'll be able to recharge your Surron from your campsite without running a noisy generator for hours each day. The 200w Suitcase Solar array will recharge the 100ah battery during daylight hours to store energy. When you are ready to charge your Surron (or anything else) simply plug the 1000w inverter into the battery and you will be able to charge your surron using the 110v charger that came with your Surron or Segway. Inverter has two 110v outlets and 1 USB charging port.
Estimated Charging Power
The OEM Surron Charger uses 600w of power while charging, it is not possible to charge exclusively from the solar panel as a result and battery storage must be used with the charger. The base system contains 1200 watts of power in the AGM or Lithium battery and a Surron battery contains 1920 watts of power in total. While you cannot charge a fully depleted Surron at night (without sun), you can charge about 35-60% of the Surron during the night, and with sunlight powering the 200w solar panels you can fully charge your Surron during the day. If you want to fully charge a surron during the night select the 200ah battery to increase your energy storage.
