Charged Cycle Works handles warranty claims for the brands listed below, all other brands you must contact the manufacturer directly!  If you submit a claim for a brand not listed below it will be rejected.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT WARRANTIES, PLEASE READ!!

Labor is not covered in most warranty claims.  Most manufacturers will replace parts for an approved claim, but they do not reimburse Charged Cycle Works for our labor to diagnose and repair the issue.  All labor charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Do not submit a warranty claim if you do not agree to this, you will be charged $99 for a diagnostics fee, and additional labor charges will apply for any work that exceeds 1 hour of time.
