Warranty Claims Policy

At Charged Cycle Works, we are committed to providing high-quality products and support. Warranty coverage is provided by individual manufacturers, and claim procedures vary by brand. Please review this page carefully before submitting a warranty claim.


IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ

  • Charged Cycle Works ONLY processes warranty claims for the brands listed below.
  • All other brands must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
  • Claims submitted for unsupported brands will be rejected.

Labor & Diagnostic Fees

Labor is not covered in most warranty claims. Manufacturers may replace defective parts when approved, but they do not reimburse Charged Cycle Works for diagnostic or repair labor.

  • All labor charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • A $99 diagnostic fee applies for warranty inspections (local customers only)
  • Additional labor charges apply for work exceeding 1 hour
  • Do not submit a warranty claim if you do not agree to these terms

Step 1: Identify the Brand

Determine which brand or product line your item belongs to. Most warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer unless the brand is listed above as supported by Charged Cycle Works.

EBMX Warranty & Technical Support

EBMX products follow a dealer-first support process. Charged Cycle Works will assist customers directly whenever possible and coordinate with EBMX when escalation or warranty evaluation is required.

Step 1: Contact Charged Cycle Works

If you purchased your EBMX product from Charged Cycle Works, please contact us first. We will assist with troubleshooting and determine whether escalation to EBMX is required.

Step 2: EBMX Technical Support Ticket

If further technical review is required, cases may be escalated through EBMX’s official technical support system.

Warranty Evaluation & Repairs

  • Most EBMX warranty items require inspection and bench testing
  • Warranty eligibility is confirmed by EBMX prior to replacement or repair
  • Motor warranty repairs are handled by EBMX
  • Battery warranty claims must be approved through the battery manufacturer

Step 3: Submit a Charged Cycle Works Warranty Claim

For Charged Cycle Works branded products or supported brands without a manufacturer claim form, submit your warranty request below:

Please include:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Serial number or VIN (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue and usage conditions

Warranty Limitations

  • Normal wear, misuse, accidents, and unauthorized modifications are not covered
  • Shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer
  • All warranty approvals are subject to the manufacturer's discretion
  • Items sent without an approved RMA will be returned to the sender
