All returns must be approved by Charged Cycle Works.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Graphics and other custom print to order items are non-refundable. You’ll also need the proof of purchase and/or order #. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. If there is something wrong with the product, we'll offer to replace it at no cost.
If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, you can return it to us for refund (we cannot offer return labels for orders made by mistake).
*installed electronics (like controllers, motors, and batteries) are handled at the sole discretion of Charged Cycle Works.

If your return is accepted, all shipping costs are the buyers responsibility unless otherwise stated. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If we made a mistake, we'll make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the price of the product (shipping is non-refundable) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
