Says in the description that the brakes are a direct replacement on my eride pro ss2.0. This is not true at all! With the factory disks you only get half of the brake pads contacting the disk. You need to buy 240mm disks for it to work with factory mounts. The mounts they give you are for who knows what size disks probably 260mm. Huge pain! I had to get bigger disks and still had to make my own spacers

Formula EB7 E-Moto Brake System

SOLD AS A COMPLETE SET (FRONT & REAR)

Designed and manufactured in-house in Tuscany, Italy, the EB7 is engineered for lightweight E-Motos such as the Surron Light Bee, Talaria MX3/MX4 and E Ride Pro SS 2.0. 

PRECISION-ENGINEERED CALIPERS 

At the heart of the EB7 is a CNC-machined aluminum caliper specifically designed for E-Motos.  

The four piston front and two-piston rear calipers deliver:  

    High stiffness for stable braking performance 
    Accurate piston alignment for even pad engagement 
    Smooth and consistent hydraulic response 
    Durable anodized finish 

DURABILITY 

Forged and anodized aluminum master cylinders and levers, anodized calipers and steel braided brake lines ensure the EB7 is built to last.

The brake is designed as a direct replacement for OE systems on these models, meaning no additional parts are required when the bike is in standard configuration. 

Rider’s Note: The EB7 caliper is designed for the 220mm rotor standard. The design incorporates a ‘step up’ in rotor size meaning: 

    a 220mm rotor requires a 203mm brake adapter 
    a 240mm rotor requires a 220mm brake adapter 

*If your bike has been modified, please consult the EB7 brake specifications and any modified components for compatibility.

FAQ's and additional info

Do I need an adapter to fit these brakes?
The brakes are designed as a direct replacement for OE systems on the listed models. If your E-Moto has not been modified, no additional parts are required.

If you have changed wheels, forks, or discs, always measure carefully and confirm compatibility before installation.

If you have upgraded to the TECH Suspension E39 Fork:

  • EB7 – requires a 203mm adapter. (Formula part no. F260169)

What rotor sizes can I use?

  • EB7: 220mm rotors (without adapters), up to 260mm with adapters (*see NOTE below)

Disc sizes above 220mm require an adapter. EB7 and EB9 are compatible with discs up to 260mm.

Both systems support a maximum rotor thickness of 3.2mm.

If you have changed wheels, forks, or discs, always measure carefully and confirm compatibility before installation.
