Description
Crafted from heat-treated 4340 Chromoly steel, this jackshaft bolt is engineered for unmatched strength and durability over the OEM. We have tested Titanium, & Grade 12.9, which work well but due to their metal elements, they become brittle and snap rather than bend, which results in being stuck on the side of the trail. This is the reason we chose to use 4340 Chromoly Steel, as it is stronger than the OEM hardware, and it eliminates the risk of snapping completely in the event of a hard jump case or hardcore riding. A 6mm Allen and 14mm hex nut on the shaft ensures easy installation. This upgrade offers reliable performance and durability.
Something EVERYONE should know that's pushing the limits on there E Ride 1.0 or 2.0 E rides design is not perfect, they are limited any aftermarket bolt shaft size to 10MM which is very small. So no matter what material bolt you are using if you're a big sender or a thrasher, you will likely bend anything on the market. And you will likely bend your swingarm unknowingly. Best way to know if your swingarm is bent or has flexed hard enough to be damaged? Have you ever derailed your chain and not actually hit anything? Well, that's swingarm flex... And that is all lateral load going right to your jackshaft and bolt each time.
Our Ultimate fix for this is the Rogue swingarm, with a complete redesign on how the swingarm bolt and jackshaft is secured. Learn more HERE!
