At Charged Cycle Works, we take your security seriously. In certain cases, orders placed through our website may be flagged as "Potential Fraud" by our automated system. This system evaluates multiple factors to ensure the safety of our transactions. If an order is flagged, we will request the customer to provide a valid photo ID to verify the purchase. The ID must meet the following criteria:

• Must be valid, not expired or undefined
• The ID of the buyer must match the credit card being used. No exceptions.
• The ID of the buyer must match the billing address provided during the order
• The ID must be recognized as an acceptable form of photo identification by the U.S. Government, including:
  • U.S. Passport
  • Driver’s License or state-issued ID card
  • ID card issued by federal, state, or local government (with a photo, issue date, and expiration date)
  • U.S. Military ID issued by the Department of Defense
  • Military Dependent ID
  • Native American Tribal ID
  • Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
