Shipping and Processing Times

Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Custom Wheel Orders

Orders for custom wheels with mounted tires currently require approximately 2 weeks for assembly and shipping, as noted in the product descriptions.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Some products ship from different warehouses or directly from manufacturers, which can result in multiple tracking numbers.

POTENTIAL FRAUD AND RISK POLICY

At Charged Cycle Works, we take your security seriously. In certain cases, orders placed through our website may be flagged as "Potential Fraud" by our automated system. This system evaluates multiple factors to ensure the safety of our transactions. If an order is flagged, we will request the customer to provide a valid photo ID to verify the purchase. The ID must meet the following criteria:

• Must be valid, not expired or undefined
• The photo must be clear and easily identifiable
• The address must match the billing address provided during the order
• The ID must be recognized as an acceptable form of photo identification by the U.S. Government, including:
  1. U.S. Passport
  2. Driver’s License or state-issued ID card
  3. ID card issued by federal, state, or local government (with a photo, issue date, and expiration date)
  4. U.S. Military ID issued by the Department of Defense
  5. Military Dependent ID
  6. Native American Tribal ID
  7. Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)

Charged Cycle Works is unable to process flagged orders without a valid photo ID that meets these requirements. Any orders confirmed as fraudulent will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Cyber Crimes Department.
