ALL E-RIDE PRO SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS. Bikes are sold in the box. If you are local to SLC Utah and want the bike assembled, add this $99 fee so the bike is built and ready to ride out of our showroom.
Due to increased credit card, PayPal, and other transaction fees, there is a non-refundable 3% cancellation fee ($144). Do not purchase if you expect the bike to ship. Contact us using the website chat for details.
This Bike is for off-road use only and is sold with the speed/power limited via a governor to comply with federal, state and local laws. Customers who unplug or bypass this restriction do so at their own risk and takes full responsibility for ensuring proper use of the product to comply with applicable laws in the region it is ridden.
POTENTIAL FRAUD AND RISK POLICY
At Charged Cycle Works, we take your security seriously. In certain cases, orders placed through our website may be flagged as "Potential Fraud" by our automated system. This system evaluates multiple factors to ensure the safety of our transactions. If an order is flagged, we will request the customer to provide a valid photo ID to verify the purchase. The ID must meet the following criteria:
- Must be valid, not expired or undefined
- The ID of the buyer must match the credit card being used. No exceptions.
- The ID of the buyer must match the billing address provided during the order
- The ID must be recognized as an acceptable form of photo identification by the U.S. Government, including:
- U.S. Passport
- Driver’s License or state-issued ID card
- ID card issued by federal, state, or local government (with a photo, issue date, and expiration date)
- U.S. Military ID issued by the Department of Defense
- Military Dependent ID
- Native American Tribal ID
- Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
Charged Cycle Works is unable to process flagged orders without a valid photo ID that meets these requirements. Any orders confirmed as fraudulent will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Cyber Crimes Department, as well as, local authorities for Wire Fraud.
