The EXT FERRO USD 36 is a purpose-built electric motorcycle suspension fork featuring 36mm hard-chromed steel stanchions, 205mm of travel, EXT's HS3 hybrid air-spring system, and independently adjustable high-speed compression, low-speed compression, and rebound damping.

EXT HS3 Air Spring System
The FERRO uses EXT's HS3 hybrid air-spring system, combining two independent positive air chambers with a high-volume self-equalizing negative chamber. The system is designed to provide sensitivity early in the stroke, strong mid-stroke support around the dynamic sag position, and progressive bottom-out resistance.
Fully Adjustable Damping
A high-flow hydraulic cartridge gives riders independent adjustment of high-speed compression, low-speed compression, and rebound, allowing the fork to be tuned around rider weight, terrain, riding style, and bike setup.
Built for High-Performance eMoto Use
The FERRO USD 36 combines heat-treated 42CrMo4 chromoly steel stanchions with 7000-series aluminum upper construction and EXT's continuously guided bushing system for high stiffness, controlled friction, and precise front-end response.
The Drop Crown configuration supports both 19-inch and 21-inch front wheels, making it suitable for a wide range of lightweight electric motorcycle builds.
