Stage 2P – Power
Stage 2P builds on the complete Stage 1 package and adds the first major power upgrade to the 2026 Surron Ultra Bee with the EBMX X-9000 V3 Controller.
You still get the full Stage 1 wheel, tire, cockpit, foot peg, and graphics setup, but Stage 2P adds significantly more tuning capability and power control while also adding front and rear rim locks to help secure the tire to the rim under harder acceleration and demanding off-road use.

Stage 2P Adds
EBMX X-9000 V3 Controller
The heart of Stage 2P is the EBMX X-9000 V3, replacing the stock controller with a far more capable performance and tuning platform.
The X-9000 V3 is rated for up to 50kW and supports up to 1000A continuous phase current with 1600A burst capability. It uses EBMX's VESC-based Field-Oriented Control system for smooth throttle response, precise motor control, and extensive rider customization.

On the Ultra Bee, the X-9000 V3 installation kit is designed to work with the bike's OEM display and peripherals, keeping the build integrated rather than turning it into a stripped-down race-only setup.
Front & Rear Rim Locks
Stage 2P also adds BikeMaster rim locks front and rear. The lightweight aluminum rim locks use gripping cleats to help prevent the tire from rotating on the rim under acceleration, braking, and low-pressure off-road riding.

Who Is Stage 2P For?
Stage 2P is for the rider who wants everything included in Stage 1 but also wants to unlock the Ultra Bee's power and tuning potential. The X-9000 V3 gives you a much broader range of power delivery and rider-adjustable control, while the rim locks prepare the wheel and tire package for the additional torque and harder off-road use.
Stage 2P keeps the Stage 1 chassis and rider-control upgrades, then adds the controller and wheel security needed to begin building a genuinely higher-performance Ultra Bee.
Cancellation & Documentation Fees: Due to credit card, PayPal, financing, and other transaction processing costs, canceled bike purchases are subject to a non-refundable 3% cancellation fee. Any applicable dealer documentation fees cover administrative processing, including manufacturer warranty registration and documentation required for the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO).
