Further Description

Encoder Connector

The VTB Beast motor features circular connectors using IMD (In-Mold Decoration) for superior integration with other VTB products, providing IP67 waterproofing. Square-shape connectors are also included for separate motor use, though they carry a slightly higher risk of water ingress due to partial PVC coverage.

Sensing Method

Two sensor types are commonly used: Hall sensors and encoders. Hall sensors offer wide compatibility but slower response under high-speed or traction-loss conditions. Encoders, used in VTB motors, provide premium speed feedback, throttle sensitivity, and precise control, ideal for riders performing wheelies or demanding high control accuracy.
